Job Description
- Collect, clean, and analyze supply chain data across demand planning, inventory, logistics and warehousing
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs (service level, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, OTIF, cost-to-serve, productivity)
- Identify trends, risks, and root causes impacting cost, service, and capacity
- Perform ad hoc analyses to support business cases, network changes, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze volume trends, peak periods, and productivity metrics to support labor planning and shift optimization
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders, translating operational data into actionable insights
- Provide reporting support for customer-facing metrics and internal reviews
- Analyze freight spend, warehouse productivity, and inventory movements to identify efficiency opportunities and reduce total landed cost
- Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and IT teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions
- Support monthly/weekly operating reviews and forecasting processes with insights and recommendations
- Provide analytical support for inventory optimization, labor planning, transportation cost analysis, and capacity modeling
- Extract and analyze data from ERP, WMS, TMS, and planning systems (e.g., SAP, Manhattan, TMS)
- Support data governance, documentation, and continuous improvement of data quality
- Assist with system implementations, upgrades, and integrations by validating data and reporting outputs
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within supply chain, logistics, or operations
- Strong SQL and Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling)
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working with ERP/WMS/TMS systems
- Knowledge of supply chain KPIs and operational metrics
- Python, R, or advanced analytics experience
- Experience supporting 3PL operations or multi-site distribution networks
- Annual salary range of $90,000–$95,000, based on experience and qualifications.
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.
- This role is remote, EST Time Zone however candidate must be based in the MD/DC/VA area.

Job Requirements
