The Staff Engineer plays a pivotal role in how Reveleer designs, builds, and scales its products. We are modernizing our stack, expanding distributed development, and deepening our investment in data and AI. This role provides senior technical leadership and hands-on execution to drive our 2026 roadmap and beyond. This position will help guide the transformation of SQL Server–based systems into scalable, performant SaaS solutions.
This is not an advisory role or a purely architectural role. We need a builder, someone who can design patterns, write high-quality code, influence engineering practices, and actively guide teams. The Staff Engineer elevates engineering culture through technical excellence, collaboration, and strong ownership.

· Initiate and lead crosscutting engineering efforts that modernize architecture and codebases
· Ensures technical decisions align with and accelerate the product roadmap
What You Will Do
· Design, develop and evolve the core technical patterns that guide how Reveleer builds software
· Write production-quality code, prototypes, reference implementations, and reusable components
· Provide hands on technical guidance through pair programming, design reviews, and code reviews
· Lead design for distributed systems, cloud native patterns, API development, and multi-tenant SaaS
· Partner with data and AI teams to integrate applications with pipelines, analytics, and ML/LLM services
· Identify and remediate performance bottlenecks, technical risks, and architectural gaps
· Drive pragmatic solutions
· Collaborate closely with product leadership to ensure the technical foundation accelerate roadmap delivery
What Makes You a Great Fit
· Deep experience as a hands-on staff-level engineer building and scaling distributed systems
· Strong background in cloud native engineering (AWS or Azure), microservices, and SaaS architectures.
· Proven experience transforming SQL Server database applications into modern, scalable, cloud-ready SaaS solutions with measurable gains in performance, reliability, and elasticity
· Expertise in designing and implementing robust solutions using C#, .NET, and SQL Server
· Experience building and supporting data and AI workloads, including ML or LLM integrations
· Ability to break down complex technical challenges into clear, actionable solutions
· Strong communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills
