Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional work experience in Cloud Support, Cloud Engineering, Software Engineering, Networking, DevOps, etc.
- A desire to support students in expanding their careers in technical roles
- Empathy, flexibility, patience; passion for working with diverse learners who are new to content
- Outstanding team and people management skills; exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Ability and willingness to understand and use new learning and content management systems
- Certification in AWS Cloud Practitioner
- Preferred qualification: Prior mentorship or teaching experience at any level
- Comp TIA Network+ and Comp TIA Linux+ certification would be a plus, but not required
