What You’ll Do:

 

• Provide one-on-one fitness coaching through video consultations and text-based support on our platform
• Tailor fitness programs to each client, adapting to their fitness levels, goals, and any limitations
• Collaborate on innovative fitness content and program ideas to enhance our platform’s offerings
• Build lasting client relationships through clear and supportive communication
• Stay current on fitness trends and best practices to continually improve client results
• Respond quickly to client questions and feedback to ensure satisfaction and promote client retention

Requirements

• Experience: Proven work experience as a Physical Fitness Trainer
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field
• Certification: Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent certification from a recognized fitness organization
• Skills: Strong communication skills in English and local language, with the ability to simplify complex fitness concepts
• Content Creation: Ability to produce engaging video and written content
• Approach: Empathetic, client-focused approach with a true passion for helping clients reach their goals
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in fitness tracking software, video conferencing, and other relevant digital tools
• Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment
