Part-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Remote – Maryland Licensed Only)

📍 Location: Fully Remote (Must hold active Maryland license)
🕒 Schedule: Part-Time | Preferred Hours: Weekdays 2 PM–9 PM | Weekend availability a plus

We’re seeking passionate part-time licensed therapists who want flexibility, strong compensation, and meaningful clinical work—all from the comfort of home.

Whether you're supplementing a private practice, balancing family life, or looking for flexible clinical hours, this opportunity is designed with you in mind.


💰 Compensation

  • $65 per billable hour — LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT (independently licensed)

  • $45 per billable hour — LMSW, LGPC (requires supervision)

  • Target caseload: 15–22 sessions per week

🧩 What You’ll Do

  • Provide individual and family therapy via secure telehealth

  • Conduct intakes and develop client-centered treatment plans

  • Collaborate with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and fellow clinicians

  • Complete timely documentation in our EHR

  • Support families with education and care coordination

✅ Qualifications

  • Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

  • Experience or strong interest in working with children, teens, and families

  • Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
