Job Description

• Develop packaging design concepts for all categories within the LD portfolio • Manage the entire packaging design process, from initial concept through to final production • Continuously evaluate, improve and update existing packaging design and its process • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development • Support all packaging projects outside of LD bev

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field preferred
A minimum of 5 years of relatable packaging design experience
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite required, 3D modeling software preferred
Strong project management skills
Knowledge of packaging production processes, legal regulations, materials, and sustainability best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A strong portfolio that demonstrates a passion for packaging design and innovation
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Willingness to work west coast hours
Willingness to travel up to 10%
