Job Description
• Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls
• Identify areas of improvement and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Develop and execute ICFR test plans to assess the effectiveness of controls over financial reporting
• Collaborate with management to monitor the progress of recommendations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Relevant work experience (1-3 years) including control identification, testing, and process improvement
- Strong skills in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- Understanding of business processes, financial reporting, and information technology audit and control frameworks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
