• Drive the entire vision and delivery of new products and features from high-level concept to delivery. • Work with R&D and strategy groups to understand desired features and document their rules. • Create detailed scope documents which will be used by internal stakeholders to design, develop, train, and market the products. • Helps define feature-level key performance indicators (KPIs). • Be an active participant in the SAFe framework processes, including PI Planning, ART Syncs, etc. • Define design requirements and actively participate in UX/UI design sprints to ensure designs meet business requirements and strategy. • Clearly communicate strategy and goals to project teams and ensuring delivery against them. • Engage stakeholders in research, data, and support, and coordinate across teams to maintain product and strategy alignment. • Provide input into go-to-market strategies when launching a new product or feature. • Work with marketing, sales, and training to ensure accuracy of product features in their deliverables. • Suggest and prioritize enhancements to products. • Other duties as assigned
