Job Requirements
- 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong Salesforce exposure
- 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced and Salesforce CPQ
- Strong understanding of Quote to Cash processes including pricing, quoting, contracts, orders, billing, and revenue operations
- Experience creating functional specifications, process flows, and user stories
- Working knowledge of Salesforce objects, security model, and reporting
- Experience working in Agile Scrum delivery environments
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Revenue Cloud Advanced certification (Good to Have)
- Experience with Salesforce Billing and Subscription Management (Good to Have)
- Exposure to ERP finance or billing system integrations (Good to Have)
- Experience working on enterprise or global Salesforce programs (Good to Have)
