Job Description

• Investigate the cause and origin of failures, damages, or defects in mechanical systems • Analyze the failure of mechanical systems and evaluate construction quality • Perform field investigations and documentation of damaged property • Research failure modes and provide recommendations for repair • Prepare accurate, clear, thorough reports for clients • Participate in multidisciplinary teams on complex assignments • Maintain relationships with clients and consultants • Stay current on company policies and participate in ongoing training

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Residency in the state of Florida is required
  • Active Professional Engineering (PE) license
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer skills (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • A desire to learn, excel and grow with us and within the profession
  • Must be flexible to travel and accommodate approximately 30–50% travel
