Job Description
• Drive the design, development, and governance of data integrations across HR systems
• Set integration standards and collaborate with engineering partners
• Build robust, reusable, well-governed data pipelines and APIs
• Develop full-scale applications when needed
• Serve as thought leader and trusted advisor for data integration and architecture
Job Requirements
- Hands-on Temporal experience designing durable workflows
- Strong Workday background including data model and integration frameworks
- Deep experience in data architecture, data integration, and API design
- Proficiency with data warehouses and data lakes
- Experience with ETL/ELT tools, pipeline orchestration, and event-driven patterns
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, TypeScript/Node.js, Go
- Experience building complete web applications with modern frameworks
- Understanding of backend architecture
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Ability to own application development from concept to deployment
- Strong leadership, influence, and mentoring skills
