Job Description
• Embed within key Games business initiatives for system alignment
• Define long-term vision for the Games design system
• Own the creative architecture for emerging identities
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to influence roadmaps
• Develop scalable adoption strategies for major changes to Hawkins
• Establish governance for Games design system standards and tooling frameworks
• Champion design system best practices and provide real-time support
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Product Designer
- Extensive expertise in design systems leadership
- 7+ years in design systems
- Expertise in cross-platform design for Consumer products
- Proficiency in Android, iOS, Web, and/or TV platforms
- Strong expertise in A/B testing
- Proven track record of governing and contributing to design systems
- Exceptional collaboration and leadership skills
- Confidence in solving complex problems
- Strong understanding of design system tooling (e.g., Figma, Storybook)
- Strong advocate for accessibility and inclusive design
