- A proven engineering leader (5+ years full-stack, 2+ in leadership) who’s shipped complex products and thrives in growth environments.
- Skilled with relational databases (PostgreSQL)
- Experienced in Git workflows, testing, and cloud deployment (AWS preferred)
- Excellent communicator and systems thinker with strong organizational instincts
- Bonus Points:
- Elixir / Phoenix / Ash Framework
- Retool & JavaScript
- Ruby on Rails
- Figma or design system experience
- Proptech or data-heavy product experience
- Open-source contributions.
