Job Description

• Technically manage video-focused projects from planning through installation and commissioning • Lead client meetings, site walks, and technical coordination sessions • Support onsite installation activities and field teams during critical project phases • Review, update, and produce basic CAD drawings and technical documentation • Assist with testing, validation, and troubleshooting of video equipment and systems • Support SMPTE 2110 infrastructure, networked video workflows, and related technologies • Coordinate schedules, deliverables, and technical requirements with internal teams and vendors • Ensure systems meet performance, reliability, and client expectations

Job Requirements

Experience managing technical video, broadcast, or large-format display projects
Strong understanding of professional video systems and infrastructure
Familiarity with SMPTE 2110 and IP-based video workflows preferred
Ability to read and modify CAD drawings
Comfortable working in client-facing and onsite environments
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel as needed for project support
