Job Description

• Proactively prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound phone calls, email outreach, and CRM tools. • Qualify inbound leads and convert them into active buyers. • Maintain a full sales pipeline, leveraging company-provided tools and processes to manage communication and follow-ups. • Provide consultative guidance to buyers, helping them understand their equipment options and purchase decisions. • Exercise discretion and independent judgment in identifying buyer needs, negotiating deals, and recommending equipment solutions. • Collaborate with other teams including operations, logistics, and seller-side teams to ensure customer success. • Manage your daily workflow, prioritizing tasks and prospects based on urgency and deal value.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or account management
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage a sales pipeline and hit quota-based targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a consultative sales style
  • Tech-savvy and experienced using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • High level of self-direction and time management
  • Comfortable working within a defined workday (9am–5pm CST), while managing priorities and outcomes independently
