Job Description

• Drive partner-initiated revenue growth with strategic channel partners • Build rapport with partners to achieve measurable results • Create and execute business plans with focus partners • Review/update plans quarterly with KPIs • Manage and oversee Arista partners in region • Develop and drive incentive programs • Oversight of MDF including funding allocation • Engage with key partners to deliver services around Arista solution set

Job Requirements

  • BS/CS/BA Degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of dynamic channel or partner management experience within the networking industry
  • Previous experience selling networking, network security, storage or data center infrastructure
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills
  • Ability to pivot between business value conversation and technical discussion
  • Must be available for impromptu partner meetings across region
  • Open to 50%+ travel (local and regional)
