Job Description:
We are seeking a Low-Code/No-Code Senior Manager (SME) responsible for architecture guidance, platform governance, and solution delivery across secure federal environments.

Work you’ll do:

Serve as technical reviewer for solution designs prior to production deployment or solutioning plan finalization.
Participate in architecture review boards.
Enforce platform guardrails, naming standards, and reuse policies.
Evaluate requests for new platform capabilities or expansions.
Evaluate business and technical requirements to identify and recommend best fit solutions

Here’s what you’ll need:

10 to 12+ years of experience in the following areas:
- Hands-on experience in at least two enterprise low-code platforms such as Appian, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Palantir Technologies.
- Modernizing complex applications/solutions on the Appian platform.
- Implementing solutions on other platforms (ServiceNow, Palantir, or Salesforce).
- Designing scalable solutions.
- Mentoring teams.
- Supporting governance standards across an enterprise platform portfolio.
5+ years of experience in the following areas:
- Application programming interfaces (APIs) in order to support Low-Code/No-Code Development Platform models.
- Data Modeling, ETL, Stored Procedures, and optimizing queries/views.
- Developing on RDBMS platforms (Oracle, SQL, MySQL, MariaDB).
- Using low-code/no-code business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools.

Bachelor's degree

Security clearance:

Secret level security clearance

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
