The PASRR Therapist will conduct assigned in-person Level II assessments for nursing facility residents diagnosed with serious mental illness (SMI), focusing on building trust and rapport during the process. Responsibilities include completing evaluations within required timeframes to meet state guidelines, documenting findings, and applying appropriate clinical knowledge.

The therapist will provide initial and ongoing clinical diagnostic assessments and work with multidisciplinary teams to develop and maintain treatment plans for clients. Responsibilities also include providing individual, group, and family psychotherapy services to stabilize mental health disorder symptoms and offering crisis intervention when necessary.
