- Lead monthly / quarterly / annual revenue reporting processes
- Lead the communication of revenue performance for internal and external stakeholders, including Board of Directors materials and investor-facing insights
- Architect the long-term strategic roadmap for revenue forecasting, deepening the organization's understanding of best in class sales forecasting, membership modeling, and LTV dynamics
- Spearhead the evolution of Finance systems, partnering with technical teams to implement high-scale tools that drive efficiency and deeper business insights across the enterprise
- Deepen understanding of membership forecasting dynamics and evolve membership revenue forecasting model
- Partner with Revenue Accounting and Legal to ensure global compliance while influencing contract structure development among GTM leadership
We would love to have You on our team, if You have:
- 15+ years of relevant finance experience, with extensive experience forecasting revenue from the FP&A function
- 5+ years of experience leading and mentoring high-level professionals; a proven ability to build a leadership pipeline and foster a culture of excellence
- Demonstrated experience driving significant innovation within a Finance organization
- Ability to operate at all levels, with an eye on the strategic big picture, while able to be hands-on when needed
- Mastery of complex revenue models, specifically regarding recurring revenue (membership/subscription) and hardware-software ecosystems
- Exceptional ability to influence C-suite decision-makers and navigate high-stakes negotiations with major vendors or customers
- Experience influencing executive level decision-makers and presenting to people at all levels of the organization with varying levels of financial literacy
- Advanced proficiency in ERP (Netsuite), Data Visualization (Tableau), and Planning (Pigment) ecosystems, with the ability to lead large-scale system implementations
- Desire to succeed in an innovative and entrepreneurial environment: intellectual curiosity, proactive self-starter attitude, and high integrity
