Role Description

This role serves as a strategic execution leader responsible for driving high-impact operational initiatives across clinical and administrative functions. This role partners with cross-functional teams to translate organizational priorities into structured project plans, standardized processes, and measurable performance outcomes.

We’re looking for someone with the ability to connect strategy to execution and ensure initiatives deliver measurable business impact. The Project Manager will play a critical role in advancing operational excellence, enhancing the patient experience, improving workforce engagement, and supporting scalable growth in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Act as a trusted thought partner to leadership on operational priorities, execution strategy, and risk mitigation, translating business goals into actionable project roadmaps, milestones, and performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, resources, budgets, and success measures, while managing multiple initiatives and adapting to evolving business needs.
  • Facilitate and lead project meetings, providing clear status updates, decision-ready insights, and driving accountability for deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
  • Identify risks, roadblocks, and process improvement opportunities; implement proactive solutions and standardized workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across teams and operations.
  • Ensure operational initiatives align with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and internal policies.
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships, coordinating communication across executives, regional leaders, and departmental teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Support change management efforts to drive adoption of initiatives and ensure sustainable operational improvements.
  • Lead post-implementation reviews to evaluate outcomes, capture learnings, and continuously refine processes and performance.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and patient-centered operations.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support organizational priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field.
  • 5-8+ years of experience in clinical operations or enterprise project management.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Strong critical thinking, sound judgment, and ability to navigate ambiguity with autonomy.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with professional presence and the ability to build strong partnerships across all levels of the organization, including leadership and board members.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience supporting multi-site surgical, aesthetic, or specialty care operations.
  • Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent operational excellence training.

Physical Demands

  • Must be able to sit or stand intermittently for the duration of a shift (8-12 hours).
  • Push/pull/lift up to 25 pounds.
