Job Description
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in campaign management, CRM, or lifecycle marketing, preferably within the wellness or healthcare industries.
- Proven success managing multi-channel lifecycle campaigns, including email, SMS, retention, upsell, cross-sell, and reactivation.
- Experience working with or marketing to Healthcare Practitioners or Professionals (preferred).
- Strong B2B marketing experience, including understanding of long-lead acquisition cycles, nurturing strategies, and relationship management.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (required).
- Familiarity with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms, including event-based automation and purchase behavior analysis.
- Ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
- Experience designing and analyzing customer journeys, A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
