Job Description

• Driving product strategy, roadmap development, and execution of product development initiatives • Managing the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch • Writing product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Prioritizing product backlog based on business value and user impact • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers and designers • Partnering with engineering and data stakeholders for AI-enabled initiatives • Facilitating product planning sessions and backlog grooming • Managing dependencies between multiple product squads • Monitoring performance metrics and user feedback

Job Requirements

4-year college degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of combined experience in Product Management and/or Project Management
Proven experience defining product requirements
Strong project management skills
Experience with user research methods and data analysis
Familiarity with AI-driven products and data-enabled features
Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
Comfortable presenting to product teams and stakeholders
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Working knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Experience with software development processes is preferred
Product management certification or project management certification are assets
Experience in publishing or media-related domains is a strong asset
Willingness to travel depending on business needs.
