• Own and drive the research roadmap in close partnership with Product, Success and Sales • Lead end-to-end user research efforts across multiple product areas; from generative discovery to evaluative testing • Lead and execute end-to-end UX and usability testing initiative, translating insights into actionable design and product improvements that enhance user experience. • Incorporate best in class UX principles into research and product development processes, championing user-centered design standards and ensuring a consistent, high quality experience. • Synthesize and communicate insights in compelling ways that influence product decisions and roadmap prioritization • Design, scope and execute studies using a mix of methodologies (e.g., 1:1 interviews, usability tests, surveys, diary studies) • Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, Data, and Product Support to identify and prioritize key user pain points and user needs • Advocate for the voice of the creator, shopper and brand throughout the product development process • Contribute to the evolution of our product development process by establishing frameworks and best practices for research planning, documentation, and insights sharing • Help level up research understanding across the team through lightweight training and education
