You will bridge Lifecycle Marketing with Product and Data, translating insights into actionable experiences that influence customer behavior. This position is ideal for a marketer with a customer journey focus, as you will own pivotal initiatives that shape business outcomes in a Product-Led Growth (PLG) environment.

  • Own lifecycle experience direction for assigned journeys or segments
  • Define target customer needs and desired behaviors
  • Design comprehensive lifecycle experiences across various communication channels
  • Translate business priorities into actionable lifecycle initiatives
  • Develop hypotheses to measure lifecycle initiative impacts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive strategies
  • Monitor and analyze lifecycle performance and optimize based on findings
  • Act as an advisor on lifecycle best practices across teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
