Role Description

  • Work with various PSPs across multiple geographies (GEOs);
  • Manage API integrations, including testing and troubleshooting;
  • Analyze technical issues and work with logs to identify and resolve problems;
  • Support the integration of payment methods;
  • Work with different types of financial transactions;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth payment operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the payments or fintech industry;
  • Experience with PSPs and payment flows in different regions;
  • Familiarity with API (HTML, XML, HPP, JSON) testing and troubleshooting;
  • Basic understanding of how transactions are processed within payment systems;
  • Ability to work independently and handle technical issues efficiently.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude;
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies;
  • Curiosity and interest in the fintech/payment industry.
