- Demonstrated experience using systems, troubleshooting issues, monitoring data and supporting operational processes
- Must be US citizen
- Must be able to obtain a secret security clearance
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check
- Two or more years' experience in Network Operations (preferred)
- CCNP Certification (preferred)
- Valid Security+ Certification (preferred)
- Active secret security clearance or higher (preferred)

The Network Operations Analyst will be responsible for network monitoring, reporting, and facilitating recovery from degraded or failed services supporting the US Government customer’s Network Operations Center (NOC) and Service Monitoring Center (SMC). Major activities include planning and executing Authorized Service Interruptions (ASI), monitoring critical infrastructure performance, and managing service outages via ticket creation and coordination.
