This role involves owning the operational layer of the payment processing engine, focusing on end-to-end reconciliation, settlement processes across all rails, and designing/operating the monitoring infrastructure for transaction health. The manager will also own the full dispute lifecycle and serve as the day-to-day operational contact for banking partners and card networks.

This role will lead and support cross-functional, global Continuous Improvement projects focused on quality, customer experience, productivity, and cycle-time reduction, while also coaching teams and practitioners on CI tools and structured problem solving. The leader will act as a trusted CI partner to business leaders, drive adoption of standard practices, and define metrics to track benefits realization for all initiatives.
