• Serve as an Agile Scrum team member providing UI/UX design and development for the delivery of releasable software in short sprint cycles. • Responsible for activities associated with software projects by working in close collaboration with business analysts, software developers/engineers, stakeholders, and end users within Agile processes. • Conceptualizing and designing custom software application capabilities for a variety of legacy and modernized systems with limited oversight. • Lead the design of a cohesive look-and-feel and standardized user experience across the applications. • Taking a leadership role in collaborations between the creative strategy, UX, visual design, development team, and client to create effective design strategies. • Developing compelling, creative, and user-focused experiences and points of view that align with clients’ business objectives. • Collaborating with cross discipline team to create and execute experience style guides, interaction patterns, and information design standards. • Develop wireframes, mockups, and/or prototypes supporting design ideas and effectively communicate ideas to various stakeholders. • Establish standard layout and style libraries across applications. • Work closely the functional team to determine feasibility of requirements and collaborate on design ideas and improvements. • Ensuring product quality and timeliness of work, providing advice and guidance, resolving problems to meet objectives, and providing periodic performance reports. • Providing mentoring to junior members of the team.
