Job Description
• Manages the full lifecycle of the distribution solutions and services, including the financial performance, roadmap, development, and commercialization in alignment with business goals
• Understands the distribution industry and develops strategies that resonate with the customers and support growth
• Cultivates a high-performing team that is engaged, skilled, and aligned with the organization's goals
• Serves as a mentor to team members, providing guidance and support for professional growth
• Designs and implements training programs to enhance team skills and competencies
• Establishes and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team success and development
• Tracks pipeline and the financial progress to measure their effectiveness and monitor performance metrics
• Prepares reports and presentations on product performance and market insights for stakeholders
• Develops compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates the product in the market
• Plans and executes go-to-market strategies for new product launches
• Identifies and accesses potential new opportunities to expand market reach through product roadmap
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred; an MBA is preferred
- 8-10 years of experience in Distribution, Supply Chain, and/or Healthcare Marketing preferred
- Previous people management experience preferred
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, independent, driven individual to meet objectives
- Strong analytical skills allowing for quick assessment of situations, trade-offs, and ability to recommend appropriate course of action
- Ability to multitask and prioritize while managing multiple projects and day-to-day responsibilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort presenting to internal and external audiences
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time, including some nights and weekends.
