Job Description

• Lead the development of a comprehensive analytics and reporting suite • Responsible for building data products and business intelligence dashboards • Champion for demonstrating value using data-driven insights to articulate ROI • Drive a data and analytics roadmap and shepherd initiatives through the product development life cycle • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define and prioritize metrics

Job Requirements

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Product Management with analytic/data-driven products within healthcare technology
Healthcare background is required
Must have 5+ years of experience working with data, data analytics, business intelligence tooling and data visualization
Experience creating and executing product roadmaps and leading cross-functional teams to deliver data products
Demonstrated expertise in using data to quantify and communicate ROI, value realization, and business impact
Technical skills and experience in data analysis (e.g., SQL, python or statistical languages)
Familiarity with modern BI tools (eg., Tableau, Power BI, Quicksight)
Experience managing customer expectations and gathering user feedback to inform product enhancements
Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting data-driven insights to executive and customer audiences
Experience working in an Agile environment using tools such as Jira and Confluence
