• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, focusing on career development and performance management. • Establish and communicate performance expectations, conducting regular evaluations to hold team members accountable for their progress. • Collaborate with the Product Manager to align engineering efforts with product definitions, roadmaps, and success measures. • Develop and implement development standards, policies, and procedures to streamline processes and enhance productivity. • Serve as the liaison for Level 3 production support activities, ensuring effective problem resolution and technical investigation. • Foster partnerships with the Center of Excellence to support the adoption of new technologies, architectural standards, and design approaches. • Collaborate with the Infrastructure team to define the tools and environments required to create reliable and maintainable software applications.
