About the Role:
We’re seeking a strategic Distribution Manager to build, lead, and grow a high-performing network of independent distributors across the Eastern United States. You’ll play a critical role in developing channel strategy, strengthening distributor performance, and identifying new market opportunities across both outpatient and surgical environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing independent distributors
  • Deliver training across clinical use, reimbursement, and product knowledge
  • Support contract negotiation and onboarding processes
  • Set targets, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching
  • Build strong distributor relationships and act as key regional contact
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support field success
  • Analyse market trends and execute strategies to drive growth
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
  • Maintain high-quality distribution practices
  • Support accurate sales reporting and commission alignment
  • Provide regular performance and market insights to leadership teams

About You

  • 5+ years’ experience in medical device sales or distribution, with leadership or network management experience
  • Proven success building and growing independent distributor networks
  • Strong knowledge of wound care, HOPD reimbursement, and spine/orthopaedic markets
  • Commercially astute with the ability to analyse data and drive strategic decisions
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% or more
