Role Description
The Plan Specialist is responsible for the development, administration, and ongoing management of organizational plans, which may include service plans, operational programs, financial plans, or client-specific solutions. This role ensures that plans are accurate, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of coordinating across departments to ensure seamless implementation and continuous improvement of plans.
- Develop, review, and maintain various operational or client-related plans
- Analyze plan requirements and ensure alignment with company policies and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and update plans effectively
- Monitor plan performance and identify opportunities for optimization
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all plans and updates
- Provide support and guidance to internal teams and clients regarding plan structures and changes
- Ensure timely processing of plan adjustments, renewals, and modifications
- Utilize data analysis to support decision-making and reporting
- Assist in audits and compliance checks related to plan management
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to plans in a professional manner
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
- 2 to 5 years of experience in plan administration, program coordination, operations, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Familiarity with data management systems or CRM platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of regulatory or compliance standards relevant to the industry is an advantage

- Annual Salary Range: $60,000 to $85,000 USD, depending on experience and qualification
