Job Description
CTG is seeking a seasoned Senior IAM Business Systems Analyst to define and support Identity & Access Management (IAM) requirements that enhance access lifecycle, controls, and user experience.
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze, document, and validate IAM business and technical requirements.
Partner with security, application, and business teams to implement IAM solutions (SSO, MFA, RBAC, provisioning).
Recommend process improvements for access lifecycle, role management, and access certification.
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and create functional specifications and user stories.
Support testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet compliance and governance standards.
Skills & Expertise:
Identity & Access Management (IAM) knowledge, including lifecycle management, governance, and compliance.
Experience with IAM platforms: SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, or similar.
Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Experience:
11–15 years as a Business/IT Systems Analyst, with proven IAM project experience.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
Relevant certifications (CBAP, CISSP, CISM, IAM-related) preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $55.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
