Job Description

• Collect CME program outcome data • Develop PowerPoint or other document templates for presenting outcomes. Iterate on these templates as CME trends and grantor needs shift • Support grants team in creating outcomes for needs assessments • Consult with grant coordinator and Chief Medical Officer around required KPIs needed to be shown in outcomes • Identify ways to analyze outcomes to support education success • Communicate and explain outcomes as needed or allowed to grant funders in collaboration with the CMO • Build outcome results for consumption for internal and external stakeholders • Assist in capturing questions and creating of pre/post-test evaluations • Assist CME grant operations team with other Ad-Hoc tasks

Job Requirements

4-year degree from an accredited institution
1+ years of work experience in continuing medical education at any part of the grant lifecycle, but preference for experience in developing outcomes
Familiarity with CME/CE standards and processes
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Superior organizational and time-management skills with a detail-oriented mindset
Strong proficiency Microsoft Office Suite required (Word, Excel, and Power Point), preferred
proficiency in Excel functions like pivot tables and VLOOKUP
