Role Description

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Creator Support, the Creator Support Associate will execute and own assigned projects while delivering an exceptional creator/customer service experience. Responsibilities include:

• Responding to creator inquiries across email, DMs, and chat.
• Reviewing gift card compensation eligibility.
• Managing sparked content communication.
• Supporting inbox workflow.
• Contributing to KPI reporting.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement from the creator perspective.
• Staying current on influencer marketing trends.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in creator support, influencer marketing, social media management, customer support, community management, or a related client-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced, digital marketing, or startup environment.
• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Typically, less than 5% travel. Remote environment. No special physical demands required.
