Role Description
As we continue to expand our client base and service offerings, we are seeking a Business Development Manager who can drive new business growth, build long-term partnerships, and help us strengthen our presence in key industries.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand client relationships in targeted sectors (IT, biotech, engineering, manufacturing, etc.).
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and C-level executives across mid- to large-size organizations.
- Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to align client needs with recruitment delivery capabilities.
- Negotiate service agreements, pricing structures, and partnership terms.
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback on competitive insights and potential growth areas.
- Represent the company at industry networking events, webinars, and online communities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, client partnership, or sales—preferably within recruitment, staffing, or RPO industries.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment or staffing solutions.
- Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
