Job Description
• Quality Assessment: Curate and evaluate visual designs and AI-generated outputs against established technical rubrics.
• Rationale Documentation: Provide expert written rationale for grading decisions to help refine AI model performance.
• Figma Execution: Utilize advanced Figma features (components, auto-layout, tokens) to refine layouts and demonstrate standardized UI patterns.
• Strategic Feedback: Contribute professional insights to improve design clarity and feedback loops for the project stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Expertise: 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio demonstrating high-level visual craft.
- Tooling: Mastery of Figma. You are expected to provide your own workstation and software licenses necessary to complete the work.
- Communication: Ability to independently manage your workflow and communicate design decisions clearly.
