• Serve as a subject matter expert on InStride’s services and confidently communicate InStride’s value proposition to a wide range of clinical and operational stakeholders. • Develop and grow referral relationships across your assigned markets, including health system executives, program leaders, referral coordinators, and influential clinicians. • Maintain a consistent servicing cadence with existing referral partners to drive satisfaction, performance, and continued referrals. • Identify and develop new referral channels and community partnerships to expand access to treatment. • Partner with Marketing to plan and execute local campaigns and events that drive referral and intake growth. • Deliver presentations and attend local and regional conferences and events to increase community awareness of InStride; bring clinical and operational partners into meetings as needed. • Collaborate closely with clinical leaders, operations, and growth teams to develop regional strategies to improve referral performance. • Meet individual performance targets and proactively communicate progress and performance trends. • Maintain accurate records in InStride’s CRM and sales tools to track pipeline activity, partner engagement, and outcomes. • Gather and communicate referral partner feedback; partner with Product, Engineering, and Client Success to improve the referral experience and InStride’s solutions.
