Job Description
• Serve as a strategic legal advisor on global employment and labor law
• Advise on hiring, onboarding, compensation, and performance management
• Draft and update global employment policies and handbooks
• Manage employment-related disputes and claims
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and organizational changes
Job Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 8+ years of employment and labor law experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law
- Experience advising on international employment matters
- Excellent communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills.
