• Research and identify opportunities from federal, state, local, and private funding sources. • Write, edit, and submit high-quality proposals, letters of intent, and supporting documentation. • Collaborate with program managers and subject matter experts to gather necessary information for proposals. • Ensure proposals align with organizational goals and meet solicitation requirements. • Maintain a calendar of deadlines and manage timely submissions. • Track and report on the status of proposals and awarded opportunities. • Assist with post-award compliance, including reporting and documentation. • Maintain accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management system (currently Hubspot).
