Job Requirements
- The hacker mindset: You might be a former Startup CTO, a Technical Product Manager, or a People person who loves operations. You understand AI workflows, agents, low-code, and API integrations enough to know how work *should* flow.
- The mastery of standards: You have high standards and aren't afraid to hold people to them. You understand that "smooth and fast" requires discipline.
- The mastery of culture: You understand that systems run on people. You are emotionally intelligent and capable of driving performance while maintaining a culture of joy and psychological safety.
- Leadership at scale - Demonstrable experience managing and holding accountable high-performance teams of at least 20 people, with a clear appetite and strategy to help scale the organization to 200 and beyond.
- High agency & rapid learning - You must be a fast, hungry learner. We are building cutting-edge workflows in uncharted territory; you must have the agency to fill in any gaps and master new systems as we evolve.
- Modern operational tool stack - Deep, hands-on expertise with the tools that run a modern, remote company, including:
- ClickUp v4 (or similar advanced project management software, with ability to learn ClickUp v4 including Super Agents to a self-sufficient leadership degree within 30 days)
- Google Workspace (management, modern Meet features)
- Excellent, granular time tracking systems
- Methodology & framework fluency - Proven, practical experience with:
- Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS / Traction) sufficient to act as the "Integrator."
- Hands-on AI and agentic workflows (e.g., custom GPTs, agentic execution).

- Natural Ability Alignment - We strive to create a team of individuals collaborating on exceptional levels that's why it's important for all leaders at the company to know each other's strengths and weaknesses
- This is a key role for us, we will require CliftonStrengths 34 test results to understand our alignment and your natural abilities we can foster, to help prioritize wok in flow states.
- Results in other tests (Myers Briggs, Enneagram etc.) are a big plus.
