• Assist with the configuration, administration, monitoring, and health of the HPE Morpheus Enterprise platform • Support provisioning workflows, blueprints, instance lifecycle automation, and catalog services • Monitor platform activity and help identify performance, reliability, and integration issues • Assist in building and maintaining automation using Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, Python, and Bash • Support integrations with hybrid and multi-cloud environments, including: VMware AWS Microsoft Azure Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Help evaluate new Morpheus integrations, plugins, APIs, and automation patterns • Troubleshoot common provisioning issues, agent communication failures, and platform errors • Assist senior consultants with diagnosing orchestration and API-related issues • Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and post-incident documentation • Participate in requirements gathering sessions with client engineering and application teams • Support proof-of-concepts, pilot efforts, and platform expansion initiatives • Collaborate closely with senior consultants and engineers to learn consulting best practices and delivery standards • Assist with implementing and maintaining: Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) Tagging standards Approval workflows Policy and governance frameworks • Develop and maintain: Runbooks Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Platform diagrams and architectural documentation • Support compliance-aligned documentation in regulated environments
