Job Description

• Launching the slot optimization product and helping clients adopt data driven decision making • Applying experience in slot operations and analytics to drive growth in operating profit for clients • Educating clients on the principles of slot revenue management • Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders and gathering information on their needs • Collaborating with product manager and development team to invent solutions to customer problems • Participating in business development activities and client presentations • Mentoring junior team members and promoting knowledge of business and operations management

Job Requirements

5+ years of experience in senior-level leadership (Director or higher), managing large-scale slot operations with a minimum of 1,500+ machines.
Proven track record in optimizing floor performance through deep analysis of Slot KPIs, including coin-in, theoretical win, handle pulls, RTP, and time-on-device.
Expert-level understanding of slot floor dynamics, including budgeting, pricing strategies, and product-mix analysis (Leased vs. Owned vs. WAP).
Skilled at making data-backed operating decisions to drive revenue and efficiency.
Proven ability to synthesize complex operational data into high-impact reports and presentations for senior executive leadership.
Strong command of both written and oral communication.
High proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience leveraging business intelligence tools such as Tableau, SAS, or Cognos to inform strategy and performance monitoring.
A degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or a related discipline is considered a strong asset.
Must be willing and able to travel to client sites for approximately 35% of working time.
Must have a clean criminal record and maintain eligibility for gaming licensure across all relevant jurisdictions.
