• Build and scale the EA function - Design the operating model, service portfolio, and governance frameworks that position enterprise architecture as a strategic partner to business and technology leaders across Digital Marketing Organization (DMO) and the broader CHG enterprise • Lead technology modernization - Develop multi-year technology roadmaps that reduce technical debt, drive cloud adoption, and position CHG as a technology leader through strategic adoption of emerging technologies including generative AI • Translate strategy into execution - Partner with business leaders enterprise-wide to map current and future-state capabilities, identify gaps, and deliver consumable architecture guidance that drives investment decisions and measurable outcomes • Develop architecture talent - Recruit, coach, and mentor a team of enterprise, solution, and technical architects, building their business acumen and technical development • Chair standards and governance - Lead technology and architecture standards processes that balance enterprise risk with agility, enabling democratized decision-making while maintaining alignment with business strategy
