• Own product design, end to end. • Own the UX and product design across Flosum’s platform (DevOps, Backup, Data, Security). • Design workflows that are simple, intuitive, and enterprise-grade. • Ensure consistency, clarity, and quality across all products and surfaces. • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, prospects, internal teams, and usage data. • Synthesize fragmented input into clear insights, patterns, and priorities. • Translate feedback into concrete product and UX specifications. • Create detailed UX flows, wireframes, interaction models, and design systems. • Clearly document what we are building, why, and how it should work. • Partner with engineering to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and well-architected. • Work closely with product and engineering leaders on system design and architecture decisions. • Understand platform constraints and opportunities. • Help shape solutions that balance UX quality, performance, security, and scalability. • Help prioritize features and improvements based on customer impact, business value, and effort. • Bring structure and focus to a complex product surface area. • Push for high standards, urgency, and continuous improvement. • Set and maintain a high design standard across the company. • Proactively identify product gaps, UX debt, and opportunities for differentiation. • Act as a product thinker, not just a designer.
