Job Description

• Own regional field sales performance and execution • Lead and develop a multi-layer field team including RDMs, SEMs, and FSRs • Develop and implement sales and go-to-market strategies • Lead, mentor and motivate high-performing sales team • Responsible for developing and managing volume and financial forecasts • Develops annual and trimester business plans • Builds strong relationships with key constituents at distributors • Ability to directly manage a small amount of Key Account call points • Establish a performance culture with rigorous KPI tracking • Partner with distributors to win distribution and maximize brand visibility

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
8+ years of relatable field sales leadership experience in the beverage industry
Strong distributor management background across multiple regions
Proficiency in sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and leveraging sales data
Key account management experience preferred
Expertise driving distribution, velocity, merchandising, and promotional execution
Experience thriving in high-growth, high-change environments preferred
Previous sales platform reporting experience, VIP preferred
Proficient in Excel (data entry, basic report generation) and PowerPoint
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
Must possess a valid driver license and have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations required
Willingness to travel extensively up to 75%
