Job Requirements

- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities within a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple mediums (phone, email, text, conference calls).
- Ability to manage escalations and provide solutions efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and credentialing systems.

Major duties include supporting senior management in developing validation strategies, managing the compliance team, and optimizing validation processes to reduce costs and increase capacity.
