• Lead the roadmap for conversational and agentic AI features across mobile, web, and messaging surfaces. • Translate ambiguous user needs into structured AI behaviors, workflows, and product requirements. • Partner with engineering on inference pipelines, agent planning, retrieval, and orchestration logic. • Work with design to shape multimodal interactions, guided flows, and error-recovery patterns. • Establish metrics for engagement, task completion, and revenue impact; run experiments to improve them. • Build tight feedback loops with our early customers and retail partners. • Bring clarity and direction to a cross-functional team shipping quickly in a high-growth environment.
