Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in technical onboarding, implementation, customer success, or a similar role in SaaS.
- Strong technical aptitude and comfortable with integrations, data mapping, prompt tuning, and product configuration.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing conversations.
- A methodical approach to testing, quality assurance, and problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding workflows simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy.
- Experience with AI-driven products, customer communication platforms, or home-services software is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking.
- Bonus: 1-3 years of experience in the home service industry.

The Engagement Leader drives impact by increasing awareness of community programs, partnering with advisors to raise awareness, and developing strategic organizational partnerships. They deliver value to clients by supporting engagement plans and building community advocacy, while also growing sales through local engagement strategies and executing network activities.
The Customer Success Manager will lead structured onboarding and training for new clients, conduct regular meetings with large account stakeholders to identify issues and expansion opportunities, and translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements for internal teams. This role also involves creating self-service documentation to support client autonomy.
The Senior Customer Success Engineer will focus on technical programming to boost product adoption through enablement and one-to-many user engagement within the Lower Enterprise segment. Key activities include defining scalable frameworks, testing enablement programs, executing product demonstrations, driving adoption, and providing strategic advisory to customers.
